We generally start a sentence with the subject and verb and put direct objects and objects
of prepositions later in the sentence. When these objects are clauses, they usually go after
the verb.
...I do not remember whether he paid me or not.
...He is not aware of what you are saying.
Sometimes a speaker decides to move that clause out to the front of the sentence. When
the objective case clause begins the sentence, put a comma after it.
...Whether he paid me or not, I do not remember.
...What you are saying, he is not aware of.
Happy punctuating!
